LIGHT - Medium body - Notes of green apples and vanilla, with a creamy finish.
MEDIUM - Full body - Notes of red apples and cacao, with a caramel finish.
LA FINCA BLEND - Full body - Notes or red apples with dark chocolate, with a caramel finish
DARK - Robust body - Notes of dark chocolate and prunes, with a chocolate finish.
We process all your coffee as Naturals and Honeys. That means that we don’t wash our coffee, eliminating water waste and contamination. Instead we leave it in it”s sweet natural state, preserving the coffee’s full flavor potential, and honoring old traditions. So, this process not only produces a better quality cup, but it’s also better for our farm and for Mother Earth. After all, our dream is to pass down the land and the craft, to the next generations.

"My name is Yuri and the farmer of the bunch. Along with my wife Johanna, our son Fernando, and daughter Johannita, we own and operate Talisman Coffee Company. Our small farm, Finca El Talisman is located in the mountains of Matagalpa, same mountains our ancestors have been growing coffee on, for generations. We are an intergenerational coffee enterprise. Our family comes from a long lineage of coffee growers in Matagalpa, Nicaragua, dating back three generations. Now the fourth and fifth generations are teaming up in order to bring our craft directly, from our small farm to you."
El Talisman is a family owned, FDA registered, thirty-five acre coffee farm, located in the mountains of Matagalpa, Nicaragua (coordinates 12 58.044 N 085 49.130 W). We are a small coffee farm, dedicated to producing the highest quality naturals and honey naturals.
Our coffee comes directly from our family’s farm. It is grown with the upmost respect and passion, to bring you the best cup our farm can produce. It is all shade grown, hand picked, naturally processed and slow dried. Grown responsibly in a sustainable ecosystem, shaded by fruit trees and other native tree species, which in turn support a diverse flora and fauna.
